FABRIC CUTTING DEPARTMENT

In our fabric cutting department, the cornerstone of woven garment production, we utilize over 30 years of industry experience to perform the most precise cutting processes. Our cutting process consists of meticulously planned steps, from the fabric opening machine, through the resting phase, to detailed quality control. Our ability to work with all fabric types allows us to process cotton, wool, synthetic, and technical fabrics with precision. Our software-supported automatic plaiting system minimizes fabric waste, enabling us to achieve environmentally friendly and efficient cutting operations.

Our flexibility in cutting on both flat and needle tables allows us to offer customized solutions tailored to customer needs. Our automatic cutting machine (auto-cutter) meticulously separates fabrics into pattern pieces. Post-cutting, all pieces are labeled using metal stamping, ensuring full traceability at every stage of the production process. Steam pressure and temperature settings are precisely calibrated, ensuring perfect results without damaging the fabric.

We integrate our sustainability goals into production with our energy-efficient and resource-saving equipment. Controlled steam flow maintains form stability and special protocols minimize the risk of shine on delicate surfaces, ensuring consistent fit across all sizes and variations. Completed ironing is carried out through the quality control unit, maintaining batch-model-size traceability, ensuring customer satisfaction.

QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
